We are proud to invite you to Cambana Residence - the place where you will discover the countries best authentic Khmer recipes.

Using the freshest locally sourced ingredients you will learn to cook your favorite Khmer dishes and experience the exotic herbs and spices that make Khmer cuisine one of the world’s culinary delights!

Learning is with a practical, hands on approach. You are able to choose from various dishes to cook, which are sure to impress your friends and family back home.

Cooking classes may also include a guided tour to the local market to see all the action of buying ingredients. 

Whether you are resideing at our Residence or elsewhere, you are welcome to come and spend time with us during your holiday in Siem Reap and learn to love cooking Khmer.

Classes run daily and start from 10am after which our budding cooks are able to enjoy the lunch they have made.
